I’m a product and strategy leader with experience across all stages, from building 0-to-1 products to scaling companies to over $200 million in annual revenue run rate.I’ve founded a venture-backed consumer startup, led global product teams at Yahoo, and most recently served as COO at Happy Money, where I built the product and design orgs from scratch, led strategy development and OKRs, marketing, operations, and risk, helped raise over $100 million, and was part of the deal team for the company’s strategic transaction.Today, I run Boomtown Consulting, working directly with founders and execs as a fractional leader, advisor, and thought partner. I focus on product innovation, strategic clarity, and organizational momentum. I’m currently helping a leading fintech launch its product innovation lab with an agentic AI focus, while shaping its longer-term growth strategy.I strongly believe in leading with empathy, and that belief shapes how I build teams, understand customers, and bring ideas to life. I care deeply about building things that matter, and doing it with people who care just as much.
