Consulting Project Manager supporting HCA Healthcare’s enterprise Meditech Expanse EHR transformation, a multi‑wave rollout across hospitals nationwide- Lead dedicated waves of delivery and implementation for a nationwide enterprise EHR transformation, Meditech Expanse, coordinating cross‑functional teams across technology, operations, and leadership to support implementation readiness and go‑live execution- Developed and implemented program controls, governance artifacts, and delivery playbooks, including PMO re‑education materials, technical build planning templates, and execution dashboards- Partner closely with PMO leadership, product owners, and implementation teams to manage dependencies, risks, and execution timelines across concurrent workstreams- Lead an adjacent initiative to stand up a new Google Cloud Platform (GCP) region in preparation for future Expanse deployment waves, supporting infrastructure readiness and coordination- Active contributor to enterprise PM communities, including PMCoE committees, Employee Engagement Action Committee (EEAC), and Senior/Consulting PM Council subcommittees.
