As a Content Coordinator at Rab, I manage the end-to-end delivery of global brand and seasonal content within the outdoor industry, ensuring every asset aligns with our identity, resonates with our audience, and supports strategic marketing goals.With a strong foundation in project management, I currently oversee more than 30 active content initiatives, coordinating across internal teams, external agencies, and regional markets. From briefing and production to distribution and performance analysis, I bring structure, clarity, and creative alignment to every stage of the process.My role bridges creative execution and strategic planning. I maintain a comprehensive content calendar, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure consistency across all channels. I also work closely with our athlete and ambassador teams to develop meaningful content opportunities that reflect the brand’s values and community.Alongside creative coordination, I manage budgets across a range of content projects. From global campaigns to smaller-scale productions. I work closely with cross-functional teams to scope costs, allocate resources, and ensure each project delivers value while staying financially on track.I’m passionate about storytelling, organisation, and collaboration, and I’m focused on developing my skills in content strategy and production management. As I continue to grow professionally, I’m building the foundation for future leadership opportunities where I can help shape content direction and drive impactful brand narratives.
