About Adam Wigley
Experienced technical recruiter in high volume manufacturing industry. I utilize my mechanical aptitude, outgoing personality, and rigorous work ethic to find the best talent for the company. Experience with full cycle recruiting including: demand planning, developing job descriptions, coaching managers on recruiting process, sourcing/pipelining, interviewing, negotiating compensation, creating and extending offers. I am passionate about recruiting military veterans and providing my fellow veterans an opportunity to transition their skills and experience they acquired in the military into civilian workforce. In 2019, I created and lead an employee resource group dedicated to military Veterans from the ground up to include more than 100 members. We meet on a monthly basis to discuss our mission of building up our veteran talent pool, fostering a professional network, and supporting our veterans in our local communities.
