About Adam Welsh
I help organizations find practical solutions to complex, regulated problems. My work has focused on enterprise sales environments where technical complexity, operational risk, and regulatory requirements all influence the buying decision. These are long-cycle, multi-stakeholder processes where progress depends on trust, clarity, and the ability to align very different perspectives.I regularly work with- Executive and C-suite leadership- Engineering and technical teams- Operations and implementation teams- Channel partners and integrators- Government entities and other regulated stakeholdersMy approach is structured and consultative. I focus on understanding the underlying problem, clarifying trade-offs, and guiding teams toward decisions that are defensible, implementable, and sustainable over time. I’m comfortable owning the full sales cycle and remaining engaged through implementation and account growth.I tend to do my best work in enterprise environments where solutions are mission-critical and the cost of getting it wrong is real.
