Adam is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed to practice in the State of Florida, with a B.S. in Accounting and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Central Florida. Currently, Adam is the Due Diligence Practice Leader at Hollywell Partners, an accounting and finance consulting firm founded to provide big firm resources for a much greater value. Adam specializes in supporting clients execute on M&A transactions including Quality of Earnings support as part of the pre-close due diligence process. Before joining Hollywell Partners, Adam worked in the Transaction Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers specializing in Financial Due Diligence on Mergers & Acquisitions and the Assurance practice at PwC as a Senior Associate specializing in the healthcare provider industry. Adam spent three years with Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control in Orlando, Florida supporting the Director of Lean Six Sigma. In this role Adam focused on process improvement initiatives, training support, and data management & analysis.
