My role at Hunters has Project Management at it\'s core. My responsibilities include the following- Being the main point of contact for client, main contractor and subcontractors through the projectlifecycle- Development of specification brief using broad knowledge of furniture suppliers tofacilitate high value design- Hold ultimate responsibility for coordination and accuracy of project documentation,including plans, technical drawings and supplier estimates and acknowledgements- Direct liaison with external subcontractors including Joiners, M&E and AV to ensure allparties are aligned on the expectations of the furniture package- Proactive management of suppliers and internal subcontractors to yield the mostfavorable sales terms to maximize project margins both pre-contract and throughout theproject lifecycle- Project planning and tracking: hosting weekly / bi-weekly progress meetings to ensuresuppliers are working toward client expectations
