ABOUT ADAM WARBY

I’ve been with Avanade since its inception in and became the company’s second CEO in 2008. As one of the founding members, I have had the privilege of helping grow the company and shape its culture. Today, I am proud to serve as CEO Emeritus to professionals who work together to deliver innovative solutions for our clients and bring them the art of the possible in a digital world through the power of people and the Microsoft ecosystem. As an engineer, I’m fascinated not just by technology but how the application of technology can improve the way we live and work in today’s world. Specializing on the Microsoft platform has given Avanade the opportunity to be at the forefront of digital innovation. We have more Microsoft skilled professionals than any other partner with certifications and 12 MVPs. We’re a 13-time winner of the Microsoft Partner of the Year Award and were recently recognized for the second consecutive time by the IDC MarketScape as a leader for worldwide Microsoft enterprise application implementation services. Beyond our business vision, I am personally committed to closing the gender, technology and income gaps for women to better enable them to realize their full potential. In 2016, Avanade signed the White House Equal Pay Pledge to reaffirm our commitment to pay parity. We are honoured to stand beside other leading organizations who are taking bold steps to advance gender equality and be catalysts for positive change. I also serve as chairman of Junior Achievement Europe and chairman of the board of Heidrick & Struggles.When I’m not on the move meeting with clients, our partners or our teams, you may find me in the garden at home with my wife, catching up with my three grown children, on the tennis court, or taking in a rugby game.
