   I am currently working as a Program Analyst in the Grant Programs Directorate at FEMA. On a daily basis, I work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that grants are carried out successfully and that lasting partnerships are built. Internally, I work to improve the data analytics capabilities oy my team by developing databases and data visualizations. This work allows the Grant Programs Directorate to better understand how grants are being used and what grant recipients need more support. Internally, I also Co-Chair a Culture Council subgroup that works to \'Build a Culture of Trust\' within the Grant Programs Directorate. As Co-Chair I have helped to develop the Assistant Administrator Awards to improve employee morale and display the excellent work of FEMA team members. This work helps to improve the trust within the Grant Programs Directorate and provide a safe workplace for FEMA employees.
