I am currently steering the development of a Real Estate Mutual Fund Trust called Mini Mall Storage Properties. Mini Mall Storage Properties is an exciting opportunity for investors to become involved with self storage facilities, and the stable income they generate, without the operational hassles that accompany them. We are on an aggressive trajectory in a relatively unconsolidated industry.
