The Turnaround Event Manager serves as the project lead for all phases of assigned turnaround events, whether for a group of units or an entire complex. This role is primarily accountable for ensuring the turnaround is executed safely, with high quality, and within budget and schedule.Key project management responsibilities include:• Resource Coordination: Ensuring all internal and external resources are identified, secured, and aligned to support project goals.• Planning & Scheduling Oversight: Providing continuity and integration across planning and scheduling activities, and ensuring alignment with project milestones.• Risk & Performance Management: Monitoring progress, identifying deviations, and implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks and maintain performance standards.• Leadership & Governance: Leading the steering team and event organization through scope development, procurement, and execution phases, while maintaining clear communication and accountability.• Milestone Tracking: Managing the project timeline and ensuring deliverables are met according to established benchmarks.
