Anything worth doing, is worth doing right. This has always been my philosophy, whether it has been my education, in my career or in my personal life. I am a firm believer that you get out of something what you put into it and this has been my experience with my career path since university. This attitude has allowed for a smooth transition into the management position that I currently hold. Performing the General Management of a small company with 20 employees may bring with it less specialized tasks than working for a large corporation, but ensuring that the day to day tasks are completed without incident and at the same time, pushing for the continual growth of the company has always been a challenge that I am ready to face. In all honesty, each day brings with it some excitement. My progressive growth will never be stunted. When one stops growing and adapting, that is truly when one has been defeated.
