   Commercial & Revenue Leadership:Serve as a strategic advisor to Sales and Marketing leadership on territory design, staffing models, customer performance analytics, cross-sell insights, and ROI on new revenue channels. Lead commission optimization across North America and oversee the customer hierarchy function to improve account-level transparency and growth opportunities.Operational Excellence:Partner with the CIO and COO to evaluate capital investments, build operational scorecards, and monitor service-level performance and throughput efficiency. Develop enterprise staffing and incentive models that support scalable growth while maintaining SG & A leverage.M&A & Business Partnership:Lead financial due diligence, pro forma valuations, and acquisition modeling for distributor purchases. Manage earn-out structures and communicate outcomes to former owners. Direct a finance team that supports Business Units with analytics, performance drivers, and strategic insight. Lead the annual budget process, ensuring EBITDA delivery, liquidity alignment, and compliance with debt covenants.
