ABOUT ADAM TRIFIRO
With over 15 years of combined experience in school administration, teacher development, and classroom instruction, I have developed and implemented effective curriculum, instruction, and assessment practices that foster curiosity and engagement among students and educators. As an educator, I seek to apply evidence-based, student-centered practices built on the idea that the person doing the thinking in the classroom is the one learning. As a principal, I led a diverse and dynamic community of students and staff with a vision of educational equity and excellence. I leverage my scientific research and data-driven approach to monitor student learning and teacher practices to identify and address strengths and areas of growth. I also design and lead professional development programs that support staff development in various formats, including online learning protocols, content learning teams, and instructional coaching. I am a constant learner, adaptable, personable, and able to build meaningful relationships with both students and staff, while growing my technical and adaptive skills to new settings, contexts, and opportunities.
