ABOUT ADAM TOBIN-WILLIAMS
Adam is a senior triple majoring in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering, Applied Mathematics and Statistics, and Economics at Johns Hopkins University, also pursuing concurrent masters\' in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering and Applied Mathematics and Statistics. His research focuses on quantifying colloidal diffusion over curved surfaces via molecular dynamics simulations in the Bevan Lab. At JHU he has served as the AIChE Student Chapter President and as a TA for 5 semesters, becoming the Head TA of Linear Algebra and Differential Equations. He will serve as the TBP Treasurer and Chair of the AIChE Executive Student Committee. He has also pursued original research on the effect of childhood adoption on long-term and intergenerational outcomes and an LLM powered app to boost warfighters\' ability to treat hemorrhages. He plans to earn a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering to advance automated soft matter metamaterial discovery.
