Global Technical Solutions Manager @Eo Charging

Within the global commercial and bids teams, I lead on the technical development of bids and proposals for strategic fleet customer deals. Actively involved and responsible for Business Development and Sales Strategy.I manage cross-functional teams across the globe, including sales, design, engineering software and product, to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and requirements and align with the latest industry multi region regulations. Communicate complex concepts, technical systems, and solutions in clear, simple terms to a variety of stakeholders, including non-technical customers and partners. Build and maintain relationships with EV, Solar and BESS OEMs, ensuring product knowledge is always up to date and this is communicated around the wider business. Act as the point of contact with hardware suppliers and be the subject matter expect with things EV charging. Ensure technical literature is always up to date and readily available. Ensure bid accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer needs and internal policies. Analyse customer RFPs and develop creative, tailored solutions that showcase our technical and service capabilities. Maintain a thorough understanding of our software and infrastructure services, staying current with industry trends. Write, review, and refine bid documents, ensuring clarity, impact, and alignment with customer objectives. Manage multiple bids simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery while maintaining exceptional attention to detail. Support continuous improvement initiatives in bid management and solution development processes. Negotiate and present proposals to fully meet the customer’s needs at maximum profit levels to EO Charging. Coordinate, manage, and be accountable for implementing EO’s Bid Governance Framework throughout the sales and development journey.
