   Leads Capital Planning and Projects for Indiana University, including management of 71 in-house architects, engineers, construction managers, interior designers, landscape architects and space planners representing capital projects totaling $466 million dollars in fiscal year 2025.• Provides oversight and coordination of all University master planning, site planning, architectural design, landscape architecture, space planning and campus development projects for all Indiana University campuses, located in 10 cities across the State of Indiana representing more than square feet of building space.• Presents campus design and planning projects to the IU Board of Trustees (approximately 35+ presentations/approvals) as well as coordinates and manages development and transportation topics with federal, state and local government agencies.• In July 2024, implemented a first-of-its-kind comprehensive project and operations review of over 1,250 projects, yielding $12.35 million dollars in operational and project funding effeciencies.• Between 2015 and 2024, led the planning and design development of new buildings, major renovations, landscapes and campus projects across all IU campuses with a total project cost of $1.28 billion dollars.• Oversaw the IU Office of Sustainability between 20••••22 and facilitated Indiana University’s first Climate Action Plan, which outlined a realistic, feasible path to carbon neutrality by 2040 across a range of strategies and action steps, published in 2022.
