ABOUT ADAM TALBOT
I\'m the Scientific Solutions Lead at Seqera Labs, where I partner with customers to build, deploy and optimise bioinformatics workflows using Nextflow. He specialises in building scalable, production-ready pipelines across cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS and Kubernetes using a variety of technologies, including AI, ML and workflow managers. I combine deep technical expertise with hands-on project work to help teams streamline analysis and accelerate discovery.Previously, I built cfDNA variant-calling pipelines for use in prenatal and oncology contexts, and developed a scalable SARS-CoV-2 sequencing pipeline to deliver isolate detection to the UK government. I\'m also an active member of nf-core, where I contribute resources and assistance to the bioinformatics community. I\'m also the author of several open-source tools in active use.I enjoy helping people get the most out of their tools and achieve the best possible results. Let me know if I can help!
