As part of Ballards LLP’s Digital Transformation team, I partner with mid-market and high-growth organisations across multiple sectors (manufacturing, healthcare, hospitality, construction, distribution, and professional services) to deliver end-to-end digital change programmes. My role bridges strategy, technology, and execution - helping clients select, implement, and embed modern systems that improve efficiency, integration, and scalability.Core Responsibilities- Lead client engagements from discovery through to delivery, including Current State Assessments, process mapping, requirements gathering, and opportunity analysis- Design and manage ERP, HRIS, CRM, and MSP procurement projects - including RFP development, vendor evaluations, and demonstration management- Act as a project lead and trusted advisor, coordinating between clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of transformation initiatives- Oversee system integration projects (e.g. ERP ↔ CRM, ERP ↔ ecommerce, API-based integrations), ensuring technical scope, governance, and stakeholder alignment- Provide C-level advisory support, presenting findings, roadmaps, and recommendations to boards and senior leadership teams- Support Ballards’ AI working group, developing policy, evaluating emerging tools, and shaping internal best practice for safe and effective AI adoption.
