   I co-lead the executive compensation group at Moulton | Moore | Stella LLP. We are a boutique executive compensation and corporate law firm focused on providing high-value legal service to founders, executives, and innovative companies. My experience spans everything from startups to large public companies (with stops at private-equity and venture-backed companies, as well). I use that experience to help clients “look around the corner” at how their decisions today might affect their situations tomorrow (or five years from now) and design for the future. I work on equity and equity-based incentive plans and awards of all stripes, executive employment agreements, cash incentive bonus arrangements, retention agreements, separation agreements and similar arrangements. I have helped public companies navigate required executive compensation disclosures. I have helped executives negotiate against companies and tax-exempt organizations. I am a gap-filler who will stretch to know the areas that touch mine. I have done, one way or another, just about everything an executive compensation lawyer might do, and I am planning to do the rest.
