ABOUT ADAM SPECTOR
I’m a senior at the University of Illinois majoring in Financial Planning. Over the past three summers, I’ve interned at Marsh McLennan and Lubin-Bergman Insurance, gaining hands-on experience across Commercial Lines, Employee Benefits, and Personal Lines. Those roles gave me a understanding of how the insurance industry works from different angles whether it was reviewing policies, helping with renewals, or supporting client relationships. I have worked alongside experienced account managers, producers, gaining a clear understanding of the importance of reliability, attention to detail, and judgment in effectively navigating different risks. I’ve taken on leadership roles and been part of groups and organizations that have helped me grow as a communicator and a teammate. I’m someone who’s always curious and constantly looking to grow.
