I help people do their jobs better, faster & easier by building tools and processes that just work. Currently that involves leading the development of our data warehouse and BI visualization platforms.I am passionate about life-long learning with a particular interest in entrepreneurship, incentive structures, organizational behavior and decision making. I believe in data-driven insights, that understanding data\'s limits is as important as understanding the data itself, and that results are more interesting than theories.
