Together, they work cross functionally with engineering, purchasing, external affairs, product development, sustainability, & customs and trade. As the leader of SCM Compliance, Adam facilitates the integration of these diverse business needs so that NNA may navigate the complex existing and emerging regulations, vendor technologies, and industry methodologies for state of the art human rights due diligence. Adam is pleased that the team is able to continuously improve and deploy practical & effective procedures to simultaneously promote responsible sourcing and stand up for some of the world’s most vulnerable populations.
