Mk1 Lander (Active Production and Integration Finalization) 1. Surged support for Mk1 Lander fluid systems integration, addressing critical deadlines and supporting final assembly. Authored 40+ template work orders for AFT assembly fluid systems, enabling subassembly build and installation during vehicle integration. Provided floor support during work order execution, resolving technical challenges and streamlining production processes for Mk1 flight hardware. Mk2 Lander (Production Development) 1. Developed comprehensive build plans for the Crew Module and Liquid Oxygen tank, identifying tooling, labor, facilities, and research needs for the Mk2 Lunar Lander.2. Supported development work (design, weld engineering, materials science) for Oxidizer tanks, enabling completion of critical production milestones through collaborative efforts with technicians and engineers. Influenced tank architecture across all three tanks, including technical trades escalating to Executive programmatic decision, resulting in an improved vehicle design and enhanced performance. Assisted in groundbreaking development of Propellant Management Devices, advancing Liquid Acquisition Device (LAD) technologies for lunar program applications. Planned conceptual tooling and work centers, defining production workflows and enabling streamlined fabrication processes across all tanks. Advanced weld development for aluminum alloys, closely collaborating with weld engineers and technical trades to trade VPPA, Mechanized Tig, EBW, FSW, and Robotic FS, and other weld technologies. Collaborated with welders and technicians to fabricate tooling/GSE, and assemble development flight hardware, ensuring readiness for all tank systems.
