I work with pharmaceutical and medical device teams that are navigating automation decisions as they scale — from lab-scale systems to full commercial production.At Harro Höfliger, I cover business development across the East Coast, supporting a wide range of applications including cell & gene therapy, device assembly, filling, and packaging. Most of the conversations I’m involved in center around scalability, flexibility, and making equipment decisions that won’t limit teams later on.I take a hands-on, proactive approach to business development, focusing on consultative conversations and long-term relationships rather than transactional sales. The goal is to help teams think through challenges early and create solutions that grow with them.Prior to Harro, I worked in the CDMO startup space at Experic, which gave me firsthand exposure to fast-moving environments where priorities shift quickly and adaptability matters. That experience continues to shape how I approach new opportunities today.I enjoy solving complex problems, building genuine relationships, and learning from the people I work with across the industry.
