ABOUT ADAM SEROOL

As a Health, Safety and Environment professional with an extensive background in railway maintenance, construction, and large-scale transit infrastructure projects, I am dedicated to fostering a safe and healthy work environment. In my current role as HSE Manager at Bird Construction on a major transit infrastructure project in Toronto, I continue to expand my expertise in this field. With nearly 10 years of experience working within Health, Safety, and Environment I have developed a practical and collaborative approach to HSE. Throughout my career, I have worked within the framework of the Canada Labour Code, as well as various provincial and industry-specific regulations. My experience working across Canada has allowed me to adapt my safety management approach to suit different regulatory environments, and various Client expectations. As a National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) and Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), I am committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety excellence and integrity. Leadership in health and safety means not only prioritizing the well-being of your team, but also inspiring and empowering them to prioritize safety, so that everyone goes home at the end of the day healthy; physically and mentally. I am passionate about building strong relationships with like-minded safety professionals in the industry and connecting with those within the railway and construction industry.
