Chief Technology Officer for the Transport for London Road User Charging Capita account. Accountability for the end-to-end DevOps lifecycle of the largest vehicle detection solution in the world. Highlights include:• Successful management of the solution migration to Azure as part of the expansion of the Ultra Low Emission Zone to the North and South Circular roads within London. At the time this was the largest Azure migration undertaken in Europe.• Transformation of the solution middleware layer to cloud native technology including the first implementation in capita of containerised solutions;• Delivered, from ideation to implementation, the first GenAI application within the Road User Charging solution;• Delivery of significant monthly savings on Azure hosting through delivery of FinOps workstreams;• Successful delivery of numerous projects including the expansion of ULEZ to the Greater London boundary, changes in regulations over HGV access to London and delivery of tolling solutions for Silvertown and Blackwall;• Significant contribution to Customer Net Promoter Score of +75;• Leading the team that won the National Technology Award 2024 for Transport Technology of the Year.
