   I currently oversee a wide range of strategic and operational functions, including leading sales teams, managing vendor and manufacturer partnerships, and ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently exceeded. I also direct marketing campaigns, oversees the warehouse team, and act as the company’s HR representative. Led a comprehensive website revamp in 2022, launched the company’s HRIS system, and spearheaded the transition to a new corporate headquarters. Currently focused on driving the development of a new Source 4 Casters website and hav partnered on two successful transitions to updated ERP and accounting systems. Increased sales by 69% over the first 18 months including triple digit increases in online sales. Sourced, trained and onboarded a new sales and support team to align with the new standards, culture and expectations. Through new and strengthened vendor and manufacturer partnerships, our product offering was streamlined and analyzed leading to better margins, faster fulfillment and most importantly, increased customer satisfaction.
