Handled numerous CFIUS cases across a wide range of industries, including those presenting novel and complex issues, worked on non-notified and compliance and enforcement matters, and negotiated complex mitigation agreements. Advised on international trade matters involving financial services, cross-border investment, and tariffs and trade remedies.
