ABOUT ADAM SCHAUMBURG
An experienced community builder and leader. I got my start building a new community program with the Kansas City Chiefs, then gained marketing agency experience, and then tied those experiences together to find a passion for working with local businesses. I have put all my energy bringing people together to support small and medium sized businsess for over a decade and counting. One of my favorite things in life is to find the best of something. Drop me into any spot on the globe, and I\'ll cut through the fluff, dig in, and find the essence of what makes it unique. Lately, in my management role, I\'m re-discovering that this process is the same with people and have been loving that journey of bringing out what makes someone uniquely talented in their own way. I\'m also a nature enthusiast, and someone who aims to spend the maximum amount of hours possible outdoors each day. I\'m a pedestrian and bike advocate, and someone who will continue to find ways to support cities that are walkable, connected, and with safer streets and better gathering places.While always working on myself, but I\'d like to think you\'ll find someone who is thoughtful, authentic, and unafraid to collaborate and share their ideas without hesitation.
