From its seven offices in Illinois and Wisconsin, BEAR’s nearly 200 team members service all commercial markets, including Interiors, Healthcare, Industrial, Institutional, Technology and New Construction. BEAR’s growth has been driven by uncompromising attention to quality, the highest levels of client satisfaction, and a code of company ethics that pays homage to the firm’s family roots. As the Chief Financial Officer, Adam will lead all aspects of accounting and finance for BEAR and serve as a member of the executive leadership team. Additionally, he will work with all our teams and departments on performance, operational efficiencies, systems, and streamlining processes, and share his knowledge with our human resources, technology, and risk management teams.
