Previously tasked with overseeing a multi million dollar post hurricane security effort in support of a Fortune 500 client. Managed a team of over 200 personnel during hurricane Irma (Florida) and 400 personnel during hurricane Maria (Puerto Rico). Coordinated efforts with local and federal law enforcement authorities and briefed each company’s upper management/ownership directly. Assisted in the acquisition of resources (lodging, transportation, communication) and developed standard operating procedures in support of both details.Served as Director of Operations for a multi million dollar surveillance, surveillance detection and counter surveillance project, in support of protective operations for an extreme high net worth client, over several countries. Assisted recruiting and hiring subcontractors in several countries. Managed day to day surveillance operations, and provided guidance and instruction to the agents on the ground, as well as the client\'s representatives. Provided client representatives with daily intelligence briefs, and recommended courses of action based on information obtained during these investigations.Currently serve as a Project Manager and Account Manager with L&A. Responsible for coordination, staffing and supervision for a variety of surveillance, counter surveillance, executive protection, workplace violence and emergency management related projects.
