About Adam Ross

I love thorny problems. I dive into them, seeking out diverse perspectives to better define the core issue and provide focus for creative solutions. My favorite days at work center on coming to a new understanding of a complex issue and developing and testing ideas with smart, passionate colleagues. I currently get to dig into thorny problems for the leading health system in central Ohio. I\'m a thought partner and facilitator for front line teams and the C-Suite, asking questions to draw out the points of tension and crafting stories that present complicated issues concisely. I help define what success looks like and work through the details to stand up both internal builds and partnerships to address business needs. Previously, I supervised a team of Advisors, helping them understand the core problem and work with our internal customers to develop solutions.Before coming to health care, I spent 7 years as Program Examiner in the White House Office of Management and Budget (OMB). There, I took on higher profile components of federal budget, worked through ambiguity to identify and define problems and create data-driven solutions, managed projects from conception to completion, and negotiated with executive branch agencies.
