Mr. Rosenblatt is a professional soil scientist, a nationally Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and is licensed by the State of Rhode Island as a Soil Evaluator. His skills include wetland delineation and functional assessment; soil profile description, classification and soil permeability testing; environmental permitting; erosion and sediment control methods; and marine/riverine sediment characterization. Mr. Rosenblatt has extensive experience in site constraints mapping employing GIS techniques along with aerial photograph interpretation and groundtruthing.
