I am a Managing Principal at Capco Consulting and a co-lead of our Regulatory Change and Implementation offering. My focus has been on the implementation and execution of large regulatory requirements including FRTB, CCAR, DFAST, Financial Crimes (BSA/AML, KYC, client onboarding/exits), and RCSA. I lead high-performing teams in the creation of quality deliverables on large complex projects and provide value-add expertise and advice to clients. In recent years I have managed high visibility initiatives including the automation testing/validation activities, Target Operating Model development, CCAR process enhancement, CCAR controls testing, BSA/AML process enhancements and reporting, EDD interim database architecture and development, and FRTB implementation (including Product Scope, Productionizing Capital, and Intraday reporting capability enhancement).
