I\'m a hands-on product management and engineering manager with 20+ years of experience leading teams at the intersection of automotive and tech, hardware and software. I\'m passionate about building great teams, advising early stage companies, solving hard problems and learning new things. I have consistently worked on 0-1 products across finance, technology and hardware: from inventing the USB-C connector standard included in billions of devices, to shipping the Chromebook Pixel, Nexus devices, the Pixel phone, to onboarding millions of merchants to Google Pay for Business. At General Motors I led the team responsible for building autonomous vehicles and advanced driver assistance technologies such as Active Safety, Super Cruise and our next generation eyes off system. At Waymo, I lead simulation, safety and evaluation product teams, breaking new ground on how we understand autonomous vehicle performance.
