About Adam Roberts
As the Field CTO and Head of Product at Nyriad, I am passionate about fundamentally changing the foundation of storage. I have a history of creating technical trends that have shaped the present and future of computing, storage and cloud in Agile based environments. With over 20 years of experience in the server/storage industry and almost 40 years in engineering, I have a proven track record of inventing, architecting, and leading to market many cutting-edge solutions that leverage software, hardware, cloud, and Linux technologies. I specialize in creating technical marketing collateral for the designs I create, for a technical audience. This includes taking concepts from idea to IP to product, while executing corporate marketing strategies and technical sales. I am an outward facing speaker, strategy leader, marketing and roadmap expert that bridges the gap with development based on a long career of invention and leadership.I excel at building and maintaining strategic partnerships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders across the storage, compute, and cloud sectors, as well as engaging in public and private forums, including federal entities, to showcase and advocate for my company\'s products and vision. I also have a strong background in business development, Corporate marketing, intellectual property creation, and product management, having taken multiple ideas from inception to market. Outside of my technology career, I enjoy professional wildlife and cityscape photography as part of my travel experience.
