Responsibilities: Predictive Modeling and Data Analyst: Develop machine learning models (matplotlib, keras, statsmodels, etc) to predict yearly financials, patient count, and financial audits. Analyze seasonality in patient flow to optimize resource allocation and improve forecasting accuracy. Automation and Efficiency: Created a Python program to audit patient ledgers by comparing data from EMR programs and accounting programs. Automated the reconciliation process to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems, vastly reducing manual workload and maximizing automation.Key Projects: Patient Segmentation: Implemented K-Means clustering to segment patients based on demographics, payment methods, and service usage to optimize marketing strategies for different patient groups. Churn Prediction: Built model to predict which clients are at risk of not returning for future services. Used to proactively engage with these patients to improve retention and offer other services. Revenue Forecasting: Used time series forecasting model (ARIMA) to predict future revenue based on historical data. Used to anticipate slow periods and plan accordingly.
