About Adam Rico
Cycling has been at the root of both my personal and professional adult life. It has lead me down the path to my current major and career choice. I would have never imagined this would all be influenced from riding a single speed bike in college.Currently I work at Incycle in the leadership position of store manager. I oversee our talented teams at the Pasadena and Santa Clarita locations. We ensure the rider always feels like the boss when entering the store by upholding the Incycle recipe. While the opportunities I have been given has taught me many skills, the best learned skills I will always apply is to be kind and do the right thing.
