About Adam Regan

Fast-paced, innovative thinker, determined to change the lives of others. I am a senior at Indiana University studying informatics with a cognate in psychology and I aspire into becoming a web-developer because I love helping people and taking on new challenges that can change the way we live our lives. I plan on changing the lives of others by empowering them through the use of technology.Skills: Discipline, Leadership, Communication, Public Speaking, Quantitative Analysis, Ethical Thinking, Authenticity and Networking Abilities.Values: Self-discipline, Accuracy, Competence, and Ingenuity.After attending Culver Military Academy, I gained the necessary skills in order to become an effective servant leader. It taught me the values of trust, communication, and accountability which are all essential vehicles into maintaining a successful team. Regarding service, I held several different leadership positions at Culver that allowed me to climb the ranks and graduate as a first lieutenant. Also, I was competitively selected to be on the Culver Character and Leadership Scholars club that collaborated rigorously to explore what it takes to become an effective leader. Finally, I founded a service program called “Musical Therapy” that would allow abused or traumatized children in the south side of Chicago to turn to the sound of music as a coping mechanism instead of turning to alcohol or drugs.
