As a legal counsel at LBBW, I provide legal advice, risk management, project supervision and all forms of management support to the New York branch and the Americas Region. Daily topics range from all aspects of corporate, real estate and project finance, bank supervision and regulatory matters, capital markets transactions and complex financing structures and project and strategic management. I have over 10 years of experience in real estate finance as a core competency, working with global clients and partners on complex and high-value transactions and projects. I have a strong and diverse educational background ranging from natural sciences, politics, economics and law, which allows me to work across a wide variety of disciplines and with diverse teams of professionals. Additionally, I have a good working knowledge of German and conversational French.
