I co-founded Bethink Solutions, a change strategy and training firm, to help leaders drive innovation and change more effectively by applying tools from the field of behavioural economics.\\\\n\\\\nBehavioural economics provides insights into the process of real-world decision making that is often more complex and less rational than we expect, including how emotions, cognitive biases, and social norms influence our decisions. It also provides practical tools to influence behaviour more effectively by redesigning the contexts in which decisions are made. My team and I work with leaders to embed behavioural insights into innovation and change strategies to achieve better results.\\\\n\\\\nMore specifically:\\\\n\\\\n* We ensure the vision, skills, incentives, resources, and action-plans required to manage complex change are aligned and informed by behavioural science. In this way, we help reduce the confusion, anxiety, resistance, frustration and false starts that change initiatives often create.\\\\n\\\\n* We help improve the effectiveness and efficiency of change initiatives — at low cost — by focusing on drivers of behaviour that most organizational leaders often neglect.\\\\n\\\\n* We focus on changes that can be easily scaled throughout organizations.\\\\n\\\\n* We design behavioural ‘nudge’ interventions that can be tested through low-cost experiments.\\\\n\\\\n* We deliver a range of training programs on the practical applications of behavioural insights and tools to drive organizational goals.\\\\n\\\\n\\\\nCurrently, my team and I are working with leadership teams in the private, public, and non-profit sectors on a range of engagements, which generally fall into one or more of the following streams: strategy support, implementation support, and training support.\\\\n\\\\nInterested in collaborating?
