For 20 years he has served in a variety of roles with increasing responsibility for CMC (NYSE), headquartered in Irving, TX. Adam experienced 6 years working at CMC\'s flagship operation in Seguin, TX. From 2012 to 2017, he served as CMC\'s Vice President & Controller, and in January 2017, was promoted to Vice President & Chief Accounting Officer. In this role, Adam lead finance professionals around the globe with responsibility for Financial & SEC Reporting, Technical Accounting, Internal Controls, the global Tax function, shared services and operational finance. Adam has also represented management in non-deal roadshows.In March 2021, Adam was promoted to Vice President, Information Technology, with responsibilities including Enterprise Systems Roadmap, IT Governance, IT Finance and Controls and IT Shared Services. In September 2022, Adam added IT-Americas and Strategic Programs to his responsibilities.Outside of work, Adam is a civic leader working with various non-profits. Adam has a passion for working with organizations that serve children and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Adam graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor and Master in Accounting. He is a CPA licensed in the state of Texas.
