As the Director of Operations at E-Sign, I form part of the board and work closely with the Managing Director to ensure efficiency, profitability, and establish a positive work culture. Part of my core responsibilities involves developing and implementing robust processes and strategies that drive the business forward. Through a detailed analysis of our current operational processes and performance, I recommend and work to introduce solutions where necessary.I oversee customer service and operations to make sure they are kept to a high standard. A key element of this is maintaining E-Sign’s accreditations to ISO 27001, ISO 9001, ICO, and Cyber Essentials Plus. As an electronic signature provider, it’s vital that we adhere to company and industry policy as well as following the relevant laws and regulations, which forms an integral part of my job.
