I have a strong quality and process background, gained through my experience in supplier quality in the automotive industry. I have successfully delivered sub-supplier quality and capacity on a number of vehicle programmes, including seating components into Toyota seats, complete seats, cockpits and door panels into Jaguar and Land Rover.My later career has focused on transferring my strong process skillset into commercial purchasing where I have led a number of technology based projects including a large multi-Billion pound spend SAP implementation into Non-Production Purchasing. I am currently leading the delivery of technology projects to support business transformation activities within Purchasing. Specialties: Supplier Quality, Advanced Product Quality Planning, PFMEA/s, 8D problem solving, JIT Manufacturing with automotive seating as a speciality. Purchase to Pay business systems including, vendor evaluation, sourcing and RFQ\'s and supplier performance management. SAP P2P and Technology programme management and delivery.
