About Adam Pometti
My passion for sales came unexpectedly. I was a Human Biology major at the University at Albany and had intentions to become a Physician Assistant. I took my first sales position the summer after my freshman year with Vector Marketing. My objective was not to be the top performer but to earn the high base pay. However, with Vector Marketing\'s education and mentoring programs I quickly became aware what the field of sales had to offer an individual like me who is always working to become a better version of myself. I had enjoyed the healthcare field because I received a lot of satisfaction from helping others achieve a better quality of life. What I learned from doing countless product demonstrations is that I felt that same satisfaction after being able to fulfill my customer\'s personalized wants and needs. This proved to be very rewarding especially after seeing the lasting impact I made in my customers\' lives. I love building rapport, understanding customers\' pain points and being able to provide a specialized solution. I am looking to expand my skills in a new role centered around improving the customer experience.
