About Adam Pierce
Adam’s passion is helping others achieve their potential. This has manifested itself through his work as a consultant playing a trusted advisor role to clients, a manager supporting the work force for his company’s business operations, and as a coach helping several athletes reach their peak performance. Adam specializes in organizational change management and learning development related to business transformation and technology changes. Adam has created and executed change management strategies, developed training curriculum and designed training roll out plans for several Fortune 500 companies both domestically in the US and globally. Adam spent several years teaching the Salesforce public training curriculum designed to help individuals achieve the Administrator Certification. In addition, Adam has been a part of several implementation teams that have customized Salesforce orgs to meet client business needs. In addition to his experience in business, Adam also spent several years coaching young athletes in recreational and competitive gymnastics. From beginners to nationally ranked champions, Adam has helped athletes achieve their gymnastics goals. Adam is able to help people with a variety of different levels of experience and aptitude to elevate their abilities in whatever context they are seeking to improve. Adam is ready to use his consulting skills and experience to help an organization grow and improve using the Salesforce.com platform. After spending several years teaching people how to use Salesforce to get the most out of their business, Adam would like to bring his talents to a company with a supportive culture, positive community impact, and effective leadership.
