I build and scale operations where uptime matters, growth is aggressive, and systems don’t exist yet.I’m currently a Multi-Campus Logistics Manager at Meta, supporting ~365MW of hyperscale data center capacity, and an additional ~150MW under construction across four campuses in Utah. I lead teams responsible for warehousing, transportation, and on-site logistics for live operations and new construction, including designing logistics processes for liquid-cooled, high-density infrastructure.Over the past decade, my career has focused on one theme: turning operational complexity into repeatable, scalable systems. I’ve built and scaled top performing logistics teams, implemented WMS/TMS/ERP/MRP/demand planning platforms, launched new data centers, warehouses, and distribution centers, reduced operations cost at scale, and improved service levels in environments where failure isn’t an option.Before Meta, I led demand planning and supply chain transformations in networking hardware, medical devices, and renewable energy products — reducing backorders, improving forecast accuracy, cutting freight spend, and enabling rapid global expansion.What I do best:• Scale operations in fast-growth environments• Build teams and leaders, not just processes• Implement systems that actually get adopted• Balance speed, cost, and reliability under pressure• Partner tightly with cross functional teams like software engineering, construction, EHS, operations, sales and finance
