He builds modern patient engagement engines that elevate the patient voice while helping life sciences teams move with urgency and confidence.Before Rx4good, Adam served as Chief Client Officer and later Head of JPA Labs at JPA Health, where he helped drive broad cross-agency adoption of the firm’s award-winning AI insight tool, transforming how teams delivered work by dramatically improving speed and quality while lowering delivery costs. He also built an integrated omnichannel engagement, data science, AI, research and creative engine that powered innovation across the agency.Adam is known for translating patient lived experience into action with scalable, analytics-led programs that help organizations listen better, act faster, and reduce risk. As Chief Client Officer, he expanded patient engagement offerings, including building a patient ambassador capability and helping define a next-generation approach to patient advocacy powered by advanced analytics.
