Since retiring from the MHA Partnership in early 2025, I am now working as an independent Finance and Accounting Advisor, supporting clients in a Fractional Finance Director role.Over my 32 years with MHA, as a leader in its National Accounting and Business Advisory and Payroll Services, I built a broad expertise in core accounting and taxation, partnering with clients across a wide range of sectors. My experience as a Partner, employer, and project leader equipped me with the skills of a business owner and strategist—collaborating towards shared goals, leading with purpose, and maintaining a solution-focused, positive approach.I\'m also proud to have, since 2021, been a Director of Lancaster BID supporting the local business community alongside a group of likeminded business owners and working alongside a superb BID Team.
